Boulder city is a city in Clark County, Nevada, United States. It is a place of parks and small town values was created out of the arid desert by the government. Just 23 short miles from glittering Las Vegas, the "reservation" of the 1930's has evolved over the decades. In the city the population was spread out with 20.4% under the age of 18, 5.3% from 18 to 24, 21.3% from 25 to 44, 29.3% from 45 to 64, and 23.7% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 47 years. For every 100 females there were 97.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 96.0 males.
