Nevada Trails, the master-planned community in southwest Las Vegas is ready for occupation. Palo Verde, Acacia and Mesquite are three neighborhoods of the master-planned community that includes parks, hiking trails and a elementary school. Palo Verde, the first neighborhood, features courtyards homes of over five thousand square feet with up to 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
